The Strategy
What place does this event have in your overall marketing strategy? What do you want to communicate to your audience? And how do you plan to go about? There’s nothing like a good-looking brief to help us on the road to a successful event. A detailed brief will get you what you desire, with a handful more thrown in from our side. A clear strategy would help put your event on a firm foundation that we can then build upon.
So let’s brain-storm! Let’s put on our thinking hats and come up with the right stuff that makes for a great event. Here’s where it all comes together, on paper at least for now. It is where we get to throw in all those gray cells and pick out the best from all the options available. Choosing from among them can be fun. The Idea
The Planning
Putting cement, brick and mortar together is the hardest part. Liaising with the various vendors, choosing the best props, working out the best rates. This is a challenge and keeps our adrenaline pumping. Our work ethic for looking into the smallest detail bodes well, as we have seen over the years. We leave nothing to chance, working well within time limits and budget.
The Communication
Updates will come in plenty just so that you are kept abreast of what’s happening at every stage of our planning and execution. We are aware that a close working relationship is beneficial to both our clients and our own team. This helps us reach planned milestones and targets without loss of time and money. To this end we are always reachable via phone, email or otherwise, even post office hours.
Cometh the hour! Cometh the guys from The BIG Event. It is our opportunity to showcase our professionalism by bringing your vision to reality. Months and weeks of planning will be unfurled over the coming hours. Event days can be rather stressful because a whole lot of work setting up needs to be organized in a few short hours. It is something we have handled umpteen times. Our vendors are all professionals and know just how to follow instructions. We have everything covered down to the last tee.

Post Event
Post-event is usually the winding down phase. We value your feedback and those of any guests. What were the highs and lows, was there anything that you would have preferred differently, etc.
When its time to say farewell, we would like to say it has been our pleasure. Pleasure in creating another enjoyable experience for you and immense gratitude in trusting us with your event.
